I had an apartment 3 times this size in the same city for $425 a little over 20 years ago. $1600 up for that is absurd.
Currently looking in the same city and I’m HATING IT!! It’s a zoo . Overcrowding, double parking .. so many old buildings . I was in a house with a yard- huge yard and am looking for an apartment with parking , storage and balcony / patio.
I would rent that last one. I loved it. Them old buildings are way nicer than these plain bew ones
